I'm Nicole Barksdale, LCSW, Licensed Therapist turned Clini-Coach®!
I'm Nicole Barksdale, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker turned Clini-Coach, and I help working women move beyond burnout to rediscover what brings them joy and release what causes resentment.
Over the last two decades, I've helped hundreds of working women just like you learn to reclaim their lives from stress, anxiety, and burnout and move towards developing healthier relationships with themselves and those they love.
I know firsthand how rewarding a successful career can be when you prioritize yourself without feeling guilty or less productive, while also building and maintaining healthy relationships with those around you.
